Compact enough to slip into a pocket, it's always ready to analyze both wired and radio protocols, copy contact and contactless keys, and offers a range of other features. Flipper captivates both technology enthusiasts and those new to the field.
Become Part of our Team

Apart from many other things, our team works on creating developer tools, support systems, and computing infrastructure — namely, the firmware compilation toolchain, containers, CI/CD, packaging systems and everything that hosts them.


Requirements

  • Linux (advanced level): architecture, deployment, debugging
  • Docker: web, toolchain, auxiliary tools containerization
  • K8S (advanced level): architecture, public and private clouds, networking (including service mesh), SAN, debugging
  • Python for build automation, testing, and deployment
  • Observability: Monitoring (Zabbix/Nagios, etc), Logging (graylog, logstash, etc), Metrics(Prometeus)
  • CI/CD
  • Networks (OSI Model, Linux network stack)

Nice-to-haves

  • MacOS, Windows
  • С/С++ (basic level, e.g. able to compile and understand the code)
  • dpkg-buildpackage / rpmbuild / etc.
  • OBS / Launchpad / etc.

We are looking for a dedicated specialist to handle customer support at Flipper Devices Inc. In this role, you will assist our users with their inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive interactions with our company. If you are tech-savvy with strong communication and problem-solving skills, we would be excited to have you join our team.


Requirements

  • At least 2 year of experience in Customer Support
  • Interest in electronics and IT
  • Critical thinking and analysis skills
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Proficiency in written English at a B2-C1 level. Most of the work is conducted in English, although the project team is Russian-speaking
  • Knowledge of proper email formats

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Flipper products
  • Ability to multitask
  • Desire to optimize and improve our support work
  • Experience with helpdesk systems (we use Zendesk)

Your responsibilities

  • Promptly handling customer inquiries in English
  • Setting up RMAs and insurance claims for customers experiencing issues
  • Resolving unusual issues by reaching out to colleagues for information

We are looking for a professional multidisciplinary designer to join our Busy Status Bar team and help bring the product to Kickstarter, generating excitement among future users.


Your responsibilities

  • Create content for social networks: photos, videos, 3D graphics, and animations. We use social media to showcase our product, inspire people’s love for it, and offer to buy it to anyone who’d like to. Additionally, we have exciting special projects, collaborations, and partnerships with production teams
  • Design websites and mobile app interfaces. Each device has its own ecosystem encompassing services, applications, and integrations
  • Create graphics and illustrations for printing. Work on projects involving packaging, instructions, merch, and other tasks that require creating vector images

Requirements

  • Portfolio
  • Adobe: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
  • Knowledge and application of graphic design fundamentals, composition, and color theory
  • Figma
  • Cinema 4d / Blender / any other 3D software

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Tilda / Framer / Webflow
  • Drawing pixel art or interest in it
